how to access a form and fill it out without signing in?

I tried to access and fill out a form without having to log in to genius version 279.15 by following these steps and couldn't. I first set the level of access to menus, tables and forms that I needed to fill without logging in with zero level and it didn't work, asked to log in.

I then tried to change the module levels and menu to autologin and then had this error in visual studio when trying to generate for mvc:

Public menu/forms were available in a more recent Genio (279.57) version, please upgrade yours to get this feature working.

genio.279.57 - Support for public menus and forms with access level equal to zero.
