Form like a table

Hi there, is it possible to make a form like the one shown in the attached image? I have the first column with static values and in the columns B to F the user have to choose the value (that comes from an array), and in the last column 'G' the value is calculated according to the values from column B to C.

Hi, If the project is on the Vue.js platform, consider using the 'Editable table list' control. The control is very close to what you want to do. Example:
