In order to setup a form that is shown without login (public area), the form that will be displayed should be set with the Access Level = 0, same for the menu and table that controls that form:

I tried to access and fill out a form without having to log in to genius version 279.15 by following these steps and couldn't. I first set the level of access to menus, tables and forms that I needed to fill without logging in with zero level and it didn't work, asked to log in.

I then tried to change the module levels and menu to autologin and then had this error in visual studio when trying to generate for mvc.
