Yes. When you generate those items will be added to the texts list in your project definitions. From there you can supply translations for it manually or if you have an azure account you can make use of automatic translation.

Yes, during the beginning of the generation array elements are copied to the text table, and can be translated like any other text. Notice that elements are only copied after you generate, so if you check the text table immediatly after insertion you won't see anything.
