Hi,

First you have  to create a new form for each tab that you want to add to your main form with Type of form as TAB



Then on the main form you have to create one field for each tab, with Help item as TAB, and input the name of the tab form created before on the available field, shown in the next picture.


PS: Don´t forget to arrange the form in the form editor.
