Customarily, many of our systems work on an annual database logic, whereby a new database is created each year and some basic records are moved from the previous to the next. It is not a requirement, you can define any name for the DB, so you must configure the following fields in the "Administration Portal" -> "System Configuration" ->DB Schema - The desired name for DB\n\nØ  Default Year - 0 (literally the value zero).
