Which server my application is using?

I have one application in my datacenter and have multiple servers with multiple DBMS (Database Management System).
I don't know which server are used by my application. How can I know?

The server name is usually to be the computer name (on demo applications), but you can confirm that in dashboard on WebAdmin.
