User acess mode
On our systems the same user can login multiple times to the same system at the same time!
How to make the user have only one system session?
Suppose I am logged in with user mzimba, I want the system not to allow logging in again with user mzimba if this is already logged in.
Example: I have this system with more than 5 sessions logged in with the same user, how do I block this for single user, one only session?
Genio doesn't have this functionality.
But there are ways to mitigate this need.
One of them is to limit time of each user will have open session.
Another way will require some developement and will need to activate on WebAdmin the audit for user login. That will give to you all information about logon, logout and try to access for each user. Each row in that table include host/computer name, timestamp and some more information. With that information you can try to disallow to login in new computer when have some open session.
