The "Show when" setting does not work in the "Static text" fields of a form

Even when I set "Show when" to "1==0", the "Static text" field appears on the form.

Support for "Show when" in "static text" controls in Asp.Net MVC forms was not available until version 284.93 of Genio. Only versions of Genio after 2019.11.05 activate this feature. A more recent release of Genio that includes this support should be available now or soon to be released.
