How to return the value of a formula as a percentage?

For example, I want to know the percentage of items sold from what I have in stock. I want the result from the formula calculated to be showed as a percentage.

Hi,

Given that you already have the percentage in one field (with % formula x100).

By adding (%) to the field label would not be enough for the users to understand it?
