Setting a homepage is still not working

Still not working, its openning like this:

i have to click in "documentos por auditar" to open the page

And that is the page that opens, that i wish to be my homepage:

As you can see here, i set it correctly, but still not working:

What is the user's access level?

each user has an access level, like "operador auditoria" and it is working fine, this user only have access to his menu but the home page still not working
