If we have two users, USER1 and USER2, how is it possible that USER1 sees FIELD 1 but doesn't see FIELD 2 , and USER2 sees FIELD2 but doesn't see FIELD1?
If you can define multiple access levels for each user you can try to make this using show when formula on form for each field with [UserLevel] == <number of your user level>.
In that way the field only show when formula is TRUE.
