I have several Menu Lists where I want to use the same columns. There is any way to create a template and use it in all places?

Yes, you can create list columns templates and use it in all kind of lists.

1^st you create a list template in “Global lists” menus:

2^nd you create a list with all the wanted columns:

3^rd add it to the menu DBEdit list that you want:
