If you are seeing a list of teams then the whole row is representing a team, usually it does not make sense to click on the name of the team alone to view the details of that team.

If the List is in the menus you fill the 'Support Form' for accessing all the CRUD operations over the team, and/or you add a menu continuation to a 'Visualization Form' type.

If the List is in a form as a 'Table List' you also can fill the 'Support Form' for accessing CRUD operations but you do not have continuations.

In both cases, if there is another table above in the relational model you need to access by clicking its name, for example the League where the team belongs, you can enter that specific Columns definition and there is also a 'Support Form' definition that will create a clickable event in each cell of that column to open that form.

Be careful when activating all these options because the navigation can get very confusing for the user.
