You have on forms one field type in "DB filed" with name "Data chart". In there you will have 3 charts types: Bar, Line and Pie.
This will made a chart with NVD3 library.
If you want to use your library to made this you will need to include your library on "FORM_INCLUDEJS" and another tag with name "Form_CODEJS" where you have possibility to personalise code for your new control.
