The 1st step is to set the filestream option in the Client definition in Genio.
Once you have this, Genio will generate the client scripts with the support for filestream. However, before attempting to run the maintenance tasks over the desired database, make sure the filestream is already configured in it, otherwise you may (almost for sure) encounter issues.
