How do I copy data from one table to another?

How do insert data into table 1 and the same data gets inserted into table 2, like a history journal ,

Hello Mauro,

I'm not sure what you mean by "History Journal", but to create a table with the same fields of one already created, just press the option "Duplicate" on the table you want to copy.
