Filtering menu list

I have a menu list and I want the option to filter it for two different things at the same time.

Now, when I filter for two different things I see members that fulfil at least one of the filter. What I want to see is the members to which both filters apply.

In this situation I should see only Inês Henriques.

Try to change or add a filter with that condition. For example "[Table-field]==1 && [Table-field]==1".

Thank you for your answer! Unfortunately, in this situation is not very useful, because I would had to add too much filters like that.
