You are probably not able to access the SQLServer instance.

You can confirm by going to the errlog.txt file in the folder where GenGenio.exe is to be called and there should be an error message similar to the following.

"Login timeout expired An error has occurred while establishing a connection to the server. When connecting to SQL Server 2005, this failure may be caused by the fact that under the default settings SQL Server does not allow remote connections.Named Pipes Provider: Could not open a connection to SQL Server [53]."

Please check if you have:

  1. SQLServer installed

  2. The Genio initialization file with the name of the correct SQLServer instance, as shown in an example below with ADARA
