Dynamic presentation of columns on a menu

Can I create dynamic views of columns on a menu? For example, a user can select which columns to be displayed in her view?

Or, can I change which columns are visible in a menu depending on the profile and permissions of a user?

Regarding the first question:

"Can I create dynamic views of columns on a menu?"

Yes, you can.

In the application, when in a list, press the button on the top right corner and select the columns of your choice.
