Yes you can, with Genio you can create a software mixing several available platforms that will work over the same database (same system). For example, sometimes the clients have back-office system (visual C++) for internal users, web modules (MVC) for external users, and web-services (WCF).

On Genio you must have several Application per client, and define platform for each one.
