Hi,

I have some fields to show who created and edited a form with date and hour fields too. When I click in the SAVE button that fields are updated with new information but when I click in APPLY button nothing happens, it applies the changes but fields like who changed the form or the date of changes/hour of changes do not modify.

How can I solve this problem?

Apply is not the same as Save. The data are only saved and permanently changed in the Database when a Save is performed. Apply is a transitory situation that must have a Save associated with it. If Save after Apply is not performed, the data is not correctly persisted in the Database.
