The solution is to duplicate the form that has the Enumeration and not put an SA on the menu items before this new form. Whenever an SA is placed in a menu item and then a form is placed containing the enumeration defined in the SA, this field in the form is understood to be special and the enumeration in that form is hidden. In short, whenever you have an SA, you must have a dedicated form for this operation.
