How can I filter a List to show only items for sale when I insert a record?

How can I only show items that are listed for sale in a List when I'm inserting a new record and, if an article is set as "not for sale", I still see it when I open older orders of that item?

Hey,

You should use a DBEdit limited with a limitation of the type "Fixed (new)". In there, you configure that only records that contains a specific value in the field are shown when your form is in mode "NEW".
