A form becomes SA when a sequence in which one is used "Area subset(Enumeration)" has been included in the menu. The form following the SA definition in the menu implies that the next form that has the enumeration will be changed to SA form. See the example below PERSO1 is an SA form because the Gender enumeration will not appear on it, because the menu says that I will only see People of the Male/Female Gender and I don't want the user to be able to change the gender within the Form. In order to use forms with SA and without SA on the same subject, it is necessary to duplicate the Form. Below there is PERSO, which is the original and PERSO1 which is a duplicate of the previous one and will be used as an SA form.
